This session will prepare you for a complete change of responsibilities to help you understand what your boss, peers, staff/team and the organization expect from you. Session 2: ROOT OF REAL IMPACT (Workshop)
Description: Define your passions to increase impact. This interactive workshop will challenge you to gain clarity around personal values and explore opportunities to leverage those values for lasting impact.
Session 3: LEADING WITH EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE
Emotional Intelligence has been identified as a crucial component of leadership effectiveness. Intellect and business expertise alone is not enough in today’s workplaces. Relationship building and collaboration are key skills to develop as well. Learn how to build your emotional intelligence to be a top performing leader in your organization.
Session 4: STRATEGIES FOR BUILDING EFFECTIVE BUSINESS RELATIONSHIPS
“Relationship capital” creates competitive advantage. While most organizations believe that relationships are the key to their success, most lack specific strategies and relationship training that leverages the power of this skill. Successful work/business relationships ensure successful careers!
Session 5: GETTING THE VISIBILITY AND RECOGNITION YOU DESERVE AT WORK
