The Asian Corporate & Entrepreneur Leaders (ACEL) is honored to announce Ms. Elizabeth Greene as the co-emcee for the 2019 ACELebration Gala on Saturday, January 12th at the Double Tree Resort in Scottsdale.

Elizabeth has 15 years of experience in design, development, facilitation and evaluation of classroom-based training, online training events and hybrid learning delivery with a full understanding of adult learning theories and international trends. Experience also includes behavioral assessments, onboarding, learning management systems, eLearning, public speaking, workshop facilitation, leadership development, analysis of training needs, and project management.

Elizabeth currently serves as the director of global learning and development at On Semiconductor, where she leads the strategy and implementation of learning and development for 34,000 employees worldwide. This includes leadership development, in-house and online training, and corporate training for a broad range of global and remote cross-cultural teams.

Before joining ON Semiconductor, Elizabeth was the director of learning and development at Fennemore Craig, P.C., where she was responsible for creating and managing staff and attorney retention and development programs, managing training programs to support continuous skills assessment and development, and measuring the effectiveness of the human resources programs. Previously, Elizabeth was the director of organizational learning at the Make-A-Wish® Foundation, where her main focus was ensuring consistent learning across the organization and providing international affiliates and U.S. chapters with the training programs needed in all areas of operations and leadership.

By emceeing at the ACEL’s January gala, Greene hopes to promote a welcoming environment. She also aims to communicate ACEL’s enthusiasm for the Asian community, as she has by volunteering over years on the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Arizona, Esperança and the Asian Corporate & Entrepreneur Leaders.
