KEYNOTE SPEAKER: Kevin Chan Bradley is the Vice President of Culture & Belonging for HUB International, overseeing the company’s DEI strategy since 2021. With over 30 years in Human Resources, he has held roles as a recruiter, business partner, EEO/AA Compliance leader, and D&I leader across various industries. Bradley has developed D&I strategies, built ERGs, and established external partnerships. He emphasizes that diversity and inclusion are integral to all leaders’ and employees’ roles. Bradley serves as Board Chair for Access Living, on the boards of the Parents’ Alliance Employment Project and the Chicago Philharmonic, and has earned recognition for his advocacy work. He holds a BA from Northeastern Illinois University and an MS from Villanova University.
