3A Leading or Being Led In An Inclusive Environment – To have the most productive teams, studies have shown that you should have diverse teams.  Hiring diversity is the easy part.  In its simplest terms, diversity is about counting heads, but inclusion is when you make those heads count.  So how do you take a diverse team and lead in an inclusive manner?  In this workshop, we will talk about communication styles, effective listening, and leading intercultural and multicultural teams to drive efficiencies and engagement.

Leveraging Your Life Experiences for Growth and Sales – One topic that I was thinking about is crafting your story so that you can build relationships, rapport, and ultimately, sales. Many of us have life experiences and inspirations that have led us to where we are today. We have to sit comfortably in our own skin to know our vision and purpose. How can we harness that to our advantage as entrepreneurs? This practice session will give space for participants to speak to who they are by first diving into their own life and work experiences to have anchoring conversations.
