Anti-Asian racism, discrimination, and hate crimes have risen during the pandemic, forcing the Asian and Pacific Islander community to rally together and reexamine its cultural identity in corporate America. Dr. Wenli Jen will use her expertise as a consultant, motivational speaker, entrepreneur, and professor to connect the historical challenges Asian and Pacific Islander Americans have faced with the current issues of prejudice today, and provide strategies on how to self-advocate and re-frame the narrative to become a stronger leader. Join Dr. Jen at her two sessions, “Rooted Identities: Asian Americans Thriving in Business and Entrepreneurship” and “It’s Our Time: Women’s Empowerment and Leadership in Business”, at ACEL’s Dynamics of Leadership Conference from August 19-20, 2022.

Dr. Wenli Jen is a consultant, motivational speaker, entrepreneur, and professor. Dr. Jen is the Chief Executive Officer for the Southern California boutique consulting firm Integral Prudence Solutions and has served as a consultant in education, health, and business. She has developed several programs for at-risk youth and families, with special considerations for low-income and underrepresented populations with culturally competent, best practices.

While she continues the work as a consultant, Dr. Jen is also a lecturer at California State University, Dominguez Hills in health science, with emphasis in methods in health education, community organizing and building, and health behavior.
