Teresa Brett is the Associate Dean of Students for Inclusion and Multicultural Engagement at the University of Arizona. Teresa provides leadership for inclusion and multicultural engagement efforts and leads a team of directors and staff who oversee LGBTQ Affairs, the Women’s Resource Center, African American Student Affairs, Asian Pacific American Student Affairs, Guerrero Student Center, Native American Student Affairs, as well as collaborative and intersectional initiatives across all Centers and the campus community.

Mai Ling Chan is an Arizona based practicing speech-language pathologist dedicated to supporting people with special needs on a global level. Chan is the CEO of an online education platform and podcast host spotlighting entrepreneurs where she connects thought leaders with people who want to know how to help more people with special needs.

Kevin Dang currently works as a Pharmacy Director at Dignity Health Arizona General Hospital. He is also an adjunct faculty member at Grand Canyon University College of Nursing and Health Sciences. Kevin was recently appointed by Arizona Governor Doug Ducey to serve as one of the nine board members of the Arizona State Board of Pharmacy.

Andrew Song worked for many years as a commercial photographer. Currently, Song works in real estate specializing in traditional real estate practices along with real estate acquisition and development and also does some work in the financial professional business area.

The panel will be moderated by Michelle Loposky is currently the Assistant Director of Outreach & Engagement for the Pat Tillman Veterans Center at Arizona State University. In her role she develops, implements and manages programming and events focused on student veteran recruitment, retention, success and advocacy. She serves on the Tempe Veterans Commission, is the past alumni chapter president for the University of Miami Phoenix Alumni Club and has been an ACEL member since 2015.
