With work as a part of every professional’s life, it’s no surprise that work-life balance is simply a myth. So what keeps the busiest leaders sane?

On July 8, the Dynamics of Leadership conference will present a panel about “Achieving Work-Life Balance: How to Prioritize Competing Priorities,” featuring inspiring leaders Pamela Lam, Jared Leung, Marcy Luganob and Vicente Reid. The panel will be moderated by Michelle Loposky, an accomplished U.S. Army veteran who serves as a Military Advocate for Arizona State University’s Pat Tillman Veterans Center.

Each panelist will discuss their proven tips for identifying and balancing priorities, helping you make the most of your time and your values in every 24-hour day. By the end of the talk, attendees will feel strongly equipped and ready to lead in their workplace, community and personal lives with more time to spare.

Lam is the Vice President of Research & Development for Henkel of North America. Her hard work not only shown in her resume — which boasts over a decade of working with huge household brand names — but in her successful prioritization of family and traveling, as well.

Luganob, the Assistant Desk Manager for NBC Universal’s Telemundo Arizona news, has worked in local TV news for over two decades as an editor and assistant manager. While keeping busy in the ever-changing media industry, she does not let her work schedule stop her from leading a well-rounded life.

Leung is a Partner at Davis Miles McGuire Gardner, a leading law firm in the region. He has taken his practice throughout the U.S. and Asia. Today, he continues his success in his profession, while continuing to lead in the community through a major role in the National Asian Pacific American Bar Assocation and as a founding member of the Bangkok District Chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.

As the CEO and Executive Director of the Arizona Asian Chamber of Commerce, Reid wears many hats. He is the co-publisher and editor of the Asian SUN News and the Civic Engagement Manager for Asian Pacific Community in Action. In addition, he is affiliated with over 10 AAPI organizations, demonstrating that a love for family and education does not have to hinder one’s passions for community, politics and more.
