Asian Corporate & Entrepreneur Leaders proudly announces Maribel Dillard as the recipient of the 2024 ACEL Impact Award for her outstanding community service. She works for the Boeing Company in Mesa, since 1999, and has had various responsibilities during her tenure. In 2015, Mari founded the Phoenix Asian American Lions, Leos, and Cubs, Arizona’s first family-oriented Lions club. She later became Charter President of Phoenix Lions Without Borders in 2020, focusing on medical missions. Mari’s leadership extends to global service efforts, promoting cultural unity with the Arizona Asian American Association (AAAA), and serving on boards like the Mesa Martin Luther King Celebration Committee and Mary Mother of the Poor USA.

The ACEL Impact Award recognizes Mari’s exceptional leadership, significant contributions to her organizations, and positive impact on industry and community. It underscores her integrity, vision, and commitment to diversity and inclusion, celebrating exemplary leadership in the Asian American and Pacific Islander professional community.

KEYNOTE SPEAKER: Kevin Chan Bradley is the Vice President of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Community for HUB International, overseeing the company’s DEI strategy since 2021. With over 30 years in Human Resources, he has held roles as a recruiter, business partner, EEO/AA Compliance leader, and D&I leader across various industries. Bradley has developed D&I strategies, built ERGs, and established external partnerships. He emphasizes that diversity and inclusion are integral to all leaders’ and employees’ roles. Bradley serves as Board Chair for Access Living, on the boards of the Parents’ Alliance Employment Project and the Chicago Philharmonic, and has earned recognition for his advocacy work. He holds a BA from Northeastern Illinois University and an MS from Villanova University.
