An analysis by Harvard Business Review found that Asian American & Pacific Islander (AAPI) professionals are the least likely group to be promoted into management roles.* As a community, we know that the influence of AAPI cultural heritage and values is an asset to any leadership role. During this panel discussion, you will hear senior-level and executive AAPI leaders discuss how they navigated their path to leadership roles and how we can work to lift up other high-achieving AAPI employees. Join us for this engaging session, “Minority Representation in the C-Suite: Navigating a Career Path to Executive Leadership”, at the Dynamics of Leadership Conference from August 19-20, 2022.
