Marian M. Yim is an attorney, consultant and speaker on Ethics, Diversity, and Professionalism. She is author of the forthcoming The Choosing Game. She earned her B.A. degree at Vassar College and her J.D. degree from Cornell Law School.
Marian’s recent awards include the 2015 Daniel K. Inouye Trailblazer Award from the National Asian Pacific American Bar Association (NAPABA); the 2013 Positively Powerful Woman Award; and the 2013 the Asian Corporate and Entrepreneur (ACEL) Pacesetters Award.
Her legal career in public service included the Attorney General’s Office, the Arizona Supreme Court, the Sandra Day O’Connor School of Law, the Mayor’s Office of Phoenix, and the Arizona Board of Executive Clemency. She is a former Shareholder in the law firm of Wong Fujii Carter, PC. Her firm, Yim Law Office, PLLC focuses on wills, trusts, and special needs planning.
