The
Professional Development Committee develops programs which address the needs and concerns of Asian Pacific http://rxreviewz.com/ Americans as they enter the workforce, advance in their careers and become leaders in their profession and in the Asian American community. The committee coordinates seminars, educational workshops and speaking engagements, as well as gathers resources to help ACEL members further their professional development.  Please contact professional@naaapphoenix.org for more information.

Chair: Russell Stephenson

Russell was born in Busan, South Korea. He was adopted and raised in
America. He has lived in California, Utah, Idaho, and Arizona.
Following his father and brother’s footsteps, he graduated from
Utah State University with a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems. In
2008, he completed his MBA from the W.P. Carey School of Business at
Arizona State University.

Since moving to Phoenix, Russell has held various IT positions in the
Valley. He previously worked at Banner Health on the Phillips VISICU
system and at Apollo Group, Inc. on the University of Phoenix online
learning system. He currently works for Intel Corp. as an HR Systems
Business Analyst.

As the Professional Development Committee Chair, Russell hopes to help
ACEL fulfill its mission of creating leaders by providing
opportunities for its members to build their skills.

Russell became a member of ACEL in 2010. He has been a member of the
Professional Development Committee and participated in the Mentorship
Program.
