Sandra Yang Scirpo (Panelist) is a seasoned leader driving strategic transformation and business growth, specializing in customer engagement and loyalty. As a thought leader, she collaborates with executives from diverse Fortune 500 companies on strategy and process excellence. Founder of Y4 Consulting, Sandra is dedicated to fostering impactful and measurable outcomes for businesses. Additionally, she leads global teams at a publicly traded cyber safety firm, overseeing P&L and successful execution of business and tech roadmaps. Heading the Strategy division, she ensures GTM readiness for the world’s largest consumer cyber safety Support and Services unit, serving 500M+ users across trusted brands.

Max Chan (Panelist) is the Chief Information Officer (CIO) at Avnet, a skilled and visionary technology executive. He leads all aspects of IT, focusing on cybersecurity, digital strategy, and transformations to make Avnet a digital-first organization. Chan oversees the global IT team, ensuring a robust and optimized IT environment. He also heads the digital system integration business, delivering services and solutions to both internal and external customers. Chan joined Avnet in 2013 as VP of IT for Avnet Technology Solutions in Asia Pacific, leading critical system implementations and building Global Development Centers.
