(Phoenix, AZ) — Asian Corporate & Entrepreneur Leaders (ACEL) is pleased to present the 2017 Corporate Leader of the Year Award to Mr. Darian Hong. He is a true strategic partner and an empowering leader who challenges what it means to be a CFO.

Darian Hong is the Chief Financial Officer for WebPT, the leading rehab therapy software platform. In this role, he is responsible for all financial and corporate planning matters, as well as overseeing the legal, healthcare and corporate compliance, risk management, project management office (PMO), human resources and facilities departments. He also champions the company’s Operational Excellence team, which operates the cloud-based applications that form WebPT’s operational foundation.

Prior to WebPT, Darian was the CFO of Velocify, a high-growth sales automation SaaS software leader that quadrupled in both revenue and employees during his tenure. He also previously served as CFO of AT&T Interactive, an industry leader in local search products and services that generated nearly $1 billion in revenue, and earned a position on the comScore Top 50 list of elite digital media properties. Overall, he spent nearly 10 years with AT&T in various general management, network operations and financial management roles. Previous to that, he held product line management and sales positions at Spirent Communications, Harris Corporation and Eaton Corporation.

Darian holds an MBA from the University of Southern California and received a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of California, Irvine.
