Asian Corporate and Entrepreneur Leaders (ACEL) is proud to bring Mai Ling Chan, Co-Founder & CEO at Xceptional Leaders to speak at the 2019 ACEL Dynamics of Leadership Conference taking place from July 12-July 13, 2019 at the Scottsdale Marriott at McDowell Mountains in Scottsdale, Arizona.
Mai Ling is an Arizona based speech-language pathologist dedicated to supporting people with special needs. Equipped with 13 years of clinical experience assisting clients ranging from elementary school, to adults in acute care and rehabilitation service settings, Mai Ling is an expert in language and communication across the lifespan.
Mai Ling is a disability-focused entrepreneur and business strategist; she currently hosts the podcast Xceptional Leaders, where she shares profiles of leaders and entrepreneurs focused on helping people with disabilities; she is also cofounder and CEO of XceptionalEd, an online platform designed to inspire and empower professionals and parents help more people with special needs through online coursework.
In her workshop, “The ABC’s of Professional Communication Excellence,” Mai Ling will be highlighting essential components of effective communication. Learn ways to refine your messaging, and communicate with greater clarity, while navigating dialectal accents, body language, and cultural nuances.
