Our distinguished panelists are pioneers within their organizations, having either established, led, or joined ERGs to foster a more robust sense of community. They will illuminate how ERGs, along with the valuable relationships cultivated, have profoundly impacted their career trajectories and leadership odysseys. Lisa Wong
(Moderator) is the Director of NBG Strategy and Operations at BMO Wealth Management. She has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry in Fortune 500 firms. Currently she serves as the Director of Strategy and Operations in the National Banking Group of BMO Wealth Management. Lisa started her journey in the diversity, equity and inclusion space by joining the Organization of Chinese Americans, and her passion grew, eventually leading to her participation in the White House Initiative of Asian American and Pacific Islanders where she wrote Memorandums of Use to the President of the United States on Asian American Initiatives in 2016 and 2018.
David Meng
(Panelist)
a versatile professional, embarked on his journey with Carvana in 2021 as Associate Director of Strategy & Analytics, later ascending through diverse roles. Currently at the helm of Digital Communications Strategy for Customer Experience, David’s impact is palpable. His early career flourished across esteemed financial institutions including J.P. Morgan Asset Management, American Express, and Vanguard. A 2010 graduate of Arizona State University in Finance and Economics, he further honed his skills with an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management. Beyond work, David finds joy in music, basketball, and cherished moments with family and pets.
Dr. Jay Maningo-Salina
(Panelist) serves as the Vice Chair of Research at Mayo Clinic in Arizona where she provides leadership oversight of more than 400 scientific faculty, clinical and allied health staff. She has nearly 30 years of nursing experience in clinical and leadership roles in various health care settings including hematology, oncology, solid organ and bone marrow transplant and surgery. Dr. Jay is recognized as a Nurse Executive Board Certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (NE-BC), Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) and has achieved the recognition as a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE).
Sandy Ko

Panelist) is the Founder and Principal of Customer Contact Women (CCWomen), an award-winning intrapreneur, and a recognized leader in the customer contact space. With a fulfilling career at Customer Management Practice (CMP), she created CCWomen in 2018 to provide a supportive community for women and allies, fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion. CCWomen offers networking, mentorship, and career development opportunities, featuring women leaders and allies from various industries. Sandy’s passion lies in advocating for women’s involvement in all aspects of business, believing they are a force for change and advancement. She joyfully continues to grow personally and professionally in her journey of supporting women from diverse backgrounds and walks of life.
Patricia Ratulangi
. (Panelist) is the VP of Global Communications – Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at Nielsen, with over 20 years of expertise. As an advocate for AANHPI communities, she uses Nielsen data and insights on audiences, media representation and content to amplify AANHPI voices in the media industry. With a passion for inclusive talent processes, Pat collaborates with HR and DE&I teams to drive employee engagement and foster a bias-free culture. She co-leads Nielsen’s AANHPI Business Resource Group and won PRSA Chicago’s Diversity & Inclusion Team Champion award in 2022. She serves on the board of VOICES for AAPI, advocating for increased representation of Asian professionals in marketing and communications. Based in Chicago, Pat enjoys exploring different neighborhoods and trying out new restaurants, while her love for cooking allows her to connect with people through the joy of food.
